Everything goes to support@earshot.fm. Say which iPhone and iOS version you are on and what you expected to happen. If a show or an episode is involved, its name is enough.

Earshot Plus

Plus is an App Store subscription, so Apple manages it. To change or cancel it on your iPhone, open Settings, tap your name, tap Subscriptions, and choose Earshot FM. Cancelling keeps Plus running until the end of the period you paid for. Refunds go through Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.

Delete your account

In the app, open You, tap your account, and choose Delete Account. On the web, sign in at earshot.fm/you and choose Delete Account. Either way the account and everything it holds is gone at once. If you would rather we do it, write to support@earshot.fm from the address on the account.

Take your library with you

On earshot.fm/you, Download your subscriptions gives you an OPML file that any podcast app can import. Your library is yours in both directions: the same page imports one.
